The machine does NOT  include the shell clamps.

The Ring is a 3 axis automatic shell pasting machine. It is capable of pasting shells ranging from 1.75" (40mm) to 12" (300mm). It is vey light weight and compact making it easy to transport and perfect for small workspaces.

No external laptop is required as the software comes pre-installed in the built in computer chip.

The machine comes with a roll of 10mm x 330m gum paper tape and a control pannel with a built in 36v 10A power supply.

The control pannel allows the user to easily choose the desired shell size, tape overlap, number of layers and pasting speed. The machine will precisely paste the shell to specification. The tilt axis allows the machine to paste the shell with an even thickness all around (no tape buildup at the poles).

To maximize safety during operation, the following design implementations have been followed :

- The machine is grounded to earth to prevent static buildup,

- The motors are sealed brushless steppers,

- All electronics are housed inside a metal enclosure,

- The control pannel is connected to the machine through a 3ft (1m) long power cable.

The machine comes pre-built, tested and ready to go!

Best of it's class

The "Ring" really is the best of it's class in terms of rotary pasting machines for fireworks. Nick's design is unique in it's angled bracket for pitch control and this allows for a very compact machine, horizontally orientated and portable as opposed to the larger wheel-based vertical machines. There is incredible attention to detail here and it's very well built. There is a bit of a learning-curve in terms of setup and the position of the pasting bar needs to be critically centred to avoid uneven pasting, but this is very simple to do. I don't know of any other machines, of this type, available with this level of quality and price.
